What size of Homes are available?
We have an extensive range of Luxury Static Caravan holiday homes and luxury park lodges to view, including latest 10', 12' and 16' wide models with lengths up to 39' incorporating one to three separate bedrooms. Central Heating and Double Glazing models available.

Will my Home be fully equipped?
Yes, our Homes are indeed fully equipped including curtains, carpets or vinyl, fitted lounge furniture, dining furniture, fitted kitchen with full-size cooker and fridge or freezer, shower/bath room.

What services are available?
Your Holiday Home comes complete with hot and cold running water, gas, mains electricity, lounge fire (some models have the option of Central Heating & Double Glazing), and TV socket.

When is the park open and when can I use my home?
The park is open for 11 months a year and closes in February each year. You can use your Holiday Home as often as you like within this 11 months period.

Will I be able to bring my pets?
Dogs are welcome, all we ask is that they are kept on a lead whilst on the park grounds. There are countryside and woodland walks,  ideal to exercise them.

What facilities are on offer?
The park is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty, along the banks of the River Lynher with its plentiful Salmon and Sea Trout fishing. Stroll along the river bank or through the nature rich woodland where Buzzards, Kingfishers, Herons and Otters are just some of the wildlife that can be spotted. Park facilities include: Wireless access, landscaped areas, reception and information centre, picnic areas, boating and canoeing with access to miles of waterways. Off-site facilities include: Opposite the park entrance is the Notter Bridge Inn and a short distance away there is Waitrose, Spar and Lidl Supermarkets, Texaco and BP garages, Little Chef and Burger King.

What security do I have?
We are members of BH & HPA and use the model license agreements which contain an agreed period, the end of which limits the tenure on a holiday pitch.

What is included in the price?
The Caravan Holiday Home price includes delivery, all connections to electric, sewer and water. The price also includes siting, fridge, steps to all doors, parking space and mains gas.

The Luxury Lodge Holiday Home price includes sited with individual parking space, pitched tiled roof, piped LPG gas, mains electric, WiFi internet service and satellite television. A timber decking/patio area and skirting to the home is included in the price. We offer a written agreement of up to 30 years and the home may be occupied for any 48 weeks in a 52 week period.

Do I have to attend to any maintenance. like cutting the grass?
No, our maintenance team will cover the general maintenance. We even offer a winter drain down and reconnection services for a small charge if required.

What are the site fees ?
Holiday Home sites fees start from £2485.00. This includes Rates, VAT, WiFi Internet connection, Satellite TV connection and adjacent Parking space for one car. Gas and Electricity are metered. All owners must provide us with proof of a UK main residence.

Can I sublet ?
We do not allow subletting, the park is for the peaceful enjoyment of the Holiday Home owner, family and friends.
