What size of Homes are available?
We have an extensive range to view, including latest 10' & 12' wide models with lengths up to 35' incorporating one to three separate bedrooms. Central Heating and Double Glazing models avaialble
Will my Home be fully equipped?
Yes, our Homes are indeed fully equipped including curtains, carpets or vinyl, fitted lounge furniture, dining furniture, fitted kitchen with full-size cooker and fridge or freezer, shower/bath room.
What services are available?
Your Holiday Home comes complete with hot and cold running water, gas, mains electricity, lounge fire (some models have the option of Central Heating & Double Glazing), and TV socket.
What is included in the price?
The Holiday Home price includes delivery, all connections to electric, sewer and water. The price also includes siting on a concrete hardstanding, loan of gas bottles, and steps to all doors and fridge.
When in the park open and when can I use my home?
The parks are open during the months stated in the agreement, 1st March - 31st December and you can use your Holiday Home as often as you like within this period.
Do I have to attend to any maintenance. like cutting the grass?
No, our maintenance team will cover the general maintenance. We even offer a winter drain down service for a small charge if required.
Will I be able to bring my pets?
Dogs are welcome, all we ask is that they are kept on a lead whilst on the park grounds. The beach is an ideal exercise area.
What facilities are on offer?
Both of our parks have direct access onto the beach and are centrally located in Brean which has a wealth of shops, clubs, takeaways, amusements and sporting facilities. The Brean Leisure Park is a stones throw away and many tour destinations are available to visit.
What security do I have?
We are members of the BH&HPA which is endorsed by the Government Office of Fair Trading. Our agreement offers security of tenure.
